Please note that for residents of Manitoba, Alberta, and Nova Scotia, early repayment does not automatically allow for immediate reapplication.
If you live in Manitoba: You can submit a new loan application 8 days after your last payment date. If you live in Alberta or Nova Scotia: You can only apply for a new loan on or after your last scheduled payment due date, as specified in your loan agreement.
If you have a pending payment, please be advised that it typically takes about 4 business days from the date of your repayment (on rare occasions, some banks take longer) for us to receive the official bank response.
If you wish to reapply before then, send us a proof of payment by email (at least 1 day after your payment date) to documents@icash.ca and put "Proof of Payment" as the subject of your email. If the payment of your loan left your account with a negative balance, make sure to send a proof of overdraft protection to documents@icash.ca and put "Proof of overdraft protection" as the title.
Be sure to send your documents from the same email you used to create your iCash account at icash.ca.
